Easter Services and Events

There is no better way to celebrate the season of Easter than to learn, pray, play, fellowship, and grow in our faith with our brothers and sisters in Christ at theAlley Church.

Please join us in all of our Easter Events! Also invite your family and friends to join us as we worship our Lord and Savior this Easter.

  • Easter Service ~ Sunday, April 5th at 10am

The Cloth of Christ. John 19:38-20:20

At Easter we celebrate Jesus who came in humility as the greatest gift of all, wrapped in cloths and laid in a manger. And Jesus was wrapped again in cloths at his death, and laid in a tomb. The cloth – a sign of Jesus, of good news of great joy, a sign of resurrection, who came to save the world.

“Alleluia! Christ is risen! He is risen indeed! Alleluia!”

  • Easter Egg Hunt ~ Saturday, April 4th at 1pm

Kids of all ages can join us for our third annual Easter Egg Hunt! Please be prepared to hunt outside, weather permitting, or inside if necessary. Please check in at theAlley front doors before the start of the hunt.

  • Good Friday Service ~ Friday, April 3rd at 6:30pm

    "4 Cups"

Mealtimes are important today, and were just as important in Jesus’ time. We will focus on one meal which Jesus spent with his disciples, and look at the 4 cups used and how they point to Jesus' sacrifice for us.

Jesus said, “It is finished.” (John 19:30)

  • Messianic Seder Meal ~ Thursday, April 2nd at 6:00pm

A Seder is the traditional Passover meal which includes telling stories, eating special foods, singing, and other Passover traditions. A Messianic Seder takes the elements of a traditional Jewish Passover Seder meal and re-interprets them in view of Jesus’s life and death. This is an event you will want to add to your Easter traditions! Space is limited. A chicken and rice dinner will be also served. RSVP to info@thealley.org by Sunday, March 29th. A freewill offering will be collected, but no donation is required to attend.
